$5,000 Signing Bonus! Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner- Portland, 
Oregon
(Experienced Providers Only)

We are seeking a Family, Adult or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner for a 
predominantly
Geriatric Practice in the greater Portland area (Prefer Oregon Licensed 
Candidates
with at least 1 year Experience at a Nurse Practitioner). The clinic 
schedule is Mon-
Thurs working 4X10 hour shifts and every 5th Saturday (Half Day 
9:00am-12:00pm).
The estimated volume would be 25 patients per day with on-site physician 
support
and EMR. The base salary range is $95-105K+ (D.O.E.) and incentives 
based on
WRVUS for an additional 10-15K. The position would provide for a sign-on 
bonus
of $5,000 for a one year commitment. Full benefits including medical, 
dental,
vision, 401K with match. Three weeks of vacation and one week paid CME
