Due to the growth of the service, we are seeking a Cardiopulmonary Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in a Long Term Care Facility 
managing
patients with chronic cardiac and pulmonary conditions. Enjoy working with
excellent collaborating physicians as well as a flexible schedule. Generous
