*Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant –Southeast
Texas (Loan Repayment Eligible Site—HRSA Rating 16) PRN Express care work
available at $65+ per hour!*

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a 
well respected
physician in an Occupational Medicine Practice. The Provider would be 
work with
patients on DOT physicals, work related injuries and health / wellness 
appraisals.
The Provider can anticipate an estimated patient volume of 20-25 
patients per day
in the clinic with excellent collaborative support and physician 
oversight. The clinic
has On-site, lab, X-Ray and EMR as well as a stable support staff. The 
base salary
would start at $80,000-$100,000 + (Depending Upon Experience) plus a
comprehensive benefits package including, Medical, Dental, 401K, 
Malpractice
Coverage, CME Allowance, and Paid Time off for CME. The clinic location 
qualifies
for Federal Loan Repayment through the NHSC which will provide $30,000 
per year
paid to your Federally Qualified Student Loans (minimum of a 2 year 
commitment
required). All dues fees and licensure paid for as well In addition to 
the full time
position, the provider can pick up additional weekend shifts at $65 per 
hour in the
