Neonatal Nurse Practitioners - Des Moines, Iowa (New/ Recent Graduates
Encouraged to Apply)

We are seeking a neonatal nurse practitioner interested in working in a
well respected teaching hospital in Des Moines, IA. The NNP would be
working with two neonatologists and two NNPs with a plan to increase their
physicians to three and their NNPs to four so they can provide 24/7
coverage. The NNP manages a caseload of neonates with consultation and
general supervision of the collaborating physician on-site. The Physicians
enjoy training and mentoring and working collaboratively with the NNPs.
Starting compensation range is $90-$110K+ (Depending Upon Experience) with
a full benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K with match and
full relocation package. $10,000 signing bonus for a three year commitment
