*Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner *

This position assists with the management of Pulmonary Critical Care 
Service Line
patients. In this role, the Nurse Practitioner will assist with patients 
that have been
admitted into the Pulmonary Service by the pulmonologists or when the 
Pulmonary
Service have been consulted by other physicians. The Nurse Practitioner may
assist the Pulmonary Service Line Physicians with admission of patients, 
patient
rounds, consults, history and physicals, discharges and other duties 
with their
scope of practice

*EDUCATION:* Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing 
Masters
program. Evidence of continuing education. Current unrestricted Tennessee
licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse and RN. Must hold a national
Certification in a Nursing Specialty Area.
*
EXPERIENCE: *Prefer 1-3 years NP experience with acute hospital setting.
