We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner interested in working in an 
Urgent Care
setting adjacent to a well respected Hospital in Western, Arizona. The 
FNP would
see approximately 25 patients per day with on-site physician 
supervision, good
support staff, EMR and a flexible day shift schedule (4X10 hour shifts). 
The Provider
must have experience in a Family Practice / Urgent Care setting. The 
compensation
package ranges _*from $55-$57 per hour*_ with a comprehensive benefits 
package
including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Account, 3 
weeks of
vacation, paid holidays, 1 week paid CME with a $2,500 CME Allowance. 
$5,000
Signing Bonus and an $8,000 Relocation package. This site qualifies for 
Federal
Loan Repayment through the National Health Service Corps which will pay *_
$30,000 per year to your Federally Qualified Student Loans_* (minimum of 
a two
