*Palliative Care Management / Hospital and Clinic Based Program-- Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Dallas / Fort Worth, Metroplex *

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in a 
Palliative
care Management Program with a well respected Hospital in the D/FW area. 
The
Provider would work in both the clinic and hospital (working in both 
setting daily)
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm handling patients in the outpatient clinic, 
patient, admits
and consults with physician collaborative support at all times. The 
Provider would
see a diverse cross section of patients ranging from chronic pain 
conditions, to
CHF, end stage renal failure, etc. The Provider should have a strong 
background in
pain management, hospice and be a team player that enjoys working as an
interdisciplinary team member providing the best quality of life for 
their patients.
The Provider can expect a competitive salary of $85,000-$100,000+ 
(Depending
Upon Experience), with full benefits including Medical, Dental, 401K, 
Malpractice
coverage, and all dues, fees and licensure paid for as well. Signing 
bonus and full
