Location)---Harrisburg, Pennsylvania *

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a 
community
based clinic in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. The Provider would 
work Mon-Fri
(8:00am-5:00pm) with no weekends and call once per month rotated with 
the other
Providers in the clinic. The Provider would see an estimated volume of 
18-20
patients per day with EMR and collaborative physician support. The 
practice is
comprised of 4 physicians and one Physician Assistant so there is ample 
support
for training and mentoring a new or recent graduate. The Provider would 
see mostly
an adult population dealing with acute and chronic illnesses. The base 
salary starts
at $80,000+ (Depending Upon Experience), with a comprehensive benefits 
package
including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Match, 4 weeks of vacation, 
paid
holidays, malpractice coverage and relocation package. This site is 
eligible for
NHSC loan repayment and would provide the candidate with $30,000 per 
year of
loan repayment paid directly to their student loans (minimum of a two year
