Care for patients collaboratively with a multidisciplinary approach to 
care for this
complex patient population with over 90% of patients admitted for vent 
weaning and
complex care management

Required: Must be ACLS certified and capable of running codes, 2-5 years 
Critical
Care experience, LTAC exposure a plus
