*NURSE PRACTITIONER
Primary Care -- On Call/Evenings -- Weekdays, 5-9pm/Weekends,
9am-5pm/Holidays *

As a key member of our Primary Care team, you will assist with all 
aspects of
patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, care management and 
consultations,
as well as record appropriate documentation, and provide care in 
accordance with
established policies/procedures and regulatory requirements.

*Responsibilities will include:
* Performing initial primary health assessments and diagnostic interviews
* Obtaining detailed medical histories
* Performing physical examinations
* Assessing and treating medical problems
* Performing phlebotomy, immunization and other laboratory testing
* Educating patients and families about preventative care and prescribed
treatments
* Reviewing with Physician findings from patient's history and physical
examination, and discussing treatment procedures/plans
* Handling other related duties as assigned *

To qualify, you must have a current NJ RN and NP License, BSN, APN
Certification, and at least 2 years of NP experience. Solid 
decision-making,
analytical, time-management, and oral/written communication skills are also
essential.
