We are seeking an experienced ER Nurse Practitioner or Physician 
Assistant to
work in the ER of a small critical access hospital in Eastern Oklahoma. 
The NP/PA
would be working 3X12 hour shifts (days) with collaborative support via 
back-up call
from physicians in the community. The Provider will be working in the 
main ED---4
ER/ Observation/ Treatment rooms, CT scan, Lab / X-Ray on Site. The 
volume is
low---16 patients per day. The Provider must know how to run / manage 
codes, and
manage patients in a "true ER" setting. The majority of patients are 
stabilized and
shipped via helicopter to Tulsa, OK. Hourly rate paid at $60+ per hour 
with benefits
including Medical, Dental, 401K, CME, CME Allowance, and Malpractice 
Insurance.
There would also be part-time shifts available as well. Great
