Yale Internal Medicine Associates, a premier, highly collaborative, 
internal medicine
practice in Connecticut, has an opening for a full-time Nurse 
Practitioner.   The
Nurse Practitioner will support clinical care for all of the patients in 
the practice in
collaboration with the physicians. The Nurse Practitioner will be 
providing primary
care in face to face office visits for immediate care needs, counseling 
for and
education to patients with chronic conditions, as well as routine 
physical exams
and pre-operative exams, to a medically diverse patient population.

This position schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with one 
evening shift
of telephone coverage a week.

Candidates will need to have a Master's Degree from an accredited 
advanced Nurse
Practitioner program accredited by the American Medical Association 
Council on
Medical Education. Experience as a nurse practitioner in a primary care 
setting is
preferred.
