*Family Nurse Practitioner Express Care Clinic—Greater Tomball, Texas (FQHC
Qualified Site)—Loan Repayment Eligible Location (2+ years experience as a
Nurse Practitioner Required)*

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to work in a family practice 
clinic setting
(Mon-Fri 8:30 am -5:00pm) with collaborating physician and Provider support
available during clinic hours. The Provider would see an estimated 
volume of 20
patients per day and manage patients with both routine family practice 
and chronic
conditions as well as some occupational medicine including DOT physicals 
and
drug screens (no work related injuries). The location has a HRSA/HPSA 
rating of a
15 but a separate application would have to been made through the NHSC. 
Base
salary range of $45-$50+ per hour -$93,600- $104,000 (Depending Upon
Experience) plus benefits including Medical, Dental and 401K. CME and CME
allowance as well as Malpractice Coverage offered by the employer. Great
