*Occupational Medicine Clinic / plus PRN Express Care Positions $65.00 
per hour
—FNP with 5+ years of Occupational Medicine Experience (Very Autonomous
Provider Position)– Greater Spring, Texas*

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a very tenured
occupational medicine background to work in an Occupational Medicine 
Practice.
The Provider must be comfortable conducting DOT physicals, work related 
injuries
and health / wellness appraisals. The Provider can anticipate an 
estimated patient
volume of 20-25 patients per day in the clinic with excellent 
collaborative support
and physician oversight. The clinic has On-site, lab, X-Ray and EMR as 
well as a
stable support staff. The base salary would start at *$104,000+* 
(Depending Upon
Experience) plus a comprehensive benefits package including, Medical, 
Dental,
401K, Malpractice Coverage, CME Allowance, and Paid Time off for CME. 
All dues
fees and licensure paid for as well In addition to the full time 
position, the provider
can pick up additional weekend shifts at $65.00 per hour in the walk in 
care clinic.
