*Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Family Practice / 
Occupational
Medicine)--- East, Texas (Convenient to Tyler, Texas) *

Due to the growth of the service, we are seeking a Family Nurse 
Practitioner or
Physician Assistant to join a new Family and Occupational Medicine 
Clinic affiliated
with a well respected hospital system in East, Texas. The Provider would be
working in a general family practice setting that would also comprise 
occupational
medicine including managing worker's compensation patients, conducting DOT
physicals and health risk appraisal as well as minor work related 
injuries. The
clinic is open Mon-Saturday with extended hours, but the candidate would 
work the
weekend shift schedule (Friday-Sunday) with one weekend off per month (the
candidate would switch schedules and work the alternate days). The 
compensation
package includes a base salary of $95,000-$120,000+ (Depending Upon
Experience) plus a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, 
Dental,
Vision, 401K with match, PTO and paid CME, $2,500 CME allowance, and full
relocation package. All dues, fees and licensure paid for by the 
practice. Great
