Skagit Regional Health -- Mount Vernon, Washington

*Position:* Clinic environment, experience in Ostomy care required, 
Hyperbaric
training preferred, consult & manage new and follow up patients, monitor 
patient
medications, manage lab & screening tests and discuss results with 
patients,
coordinate patients' plan of care, consult with physicians as necessary 
and refer
complex cases to appropriate resources. Requires current Washington State
licensure.

* 4 day work week .(80 FTE)
* No call or weekend coverage responsibilities
* Office hours 8AM -- 5PM
* 2 Monoplace Chambers
* Experienced staff: Certified Wound Specialists, Wound Technicians, 
dedicated
program manager
* EMR
* Relocation expense reimbursement
* Strong referral base in high growth area
