Central, Texas ($50-$55 per hour ) Loan Repayment Eligible Site (Reduced 
NHSC
Loan Repayment Amount of $20,000 per year-$40,000 for a two year commitment
which is required)*

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an Urgent Care Clinic in 
Southeast,
Texas. The Provider would be work with Acute (non emergent patients) as 
well as
patients with work related injuries and conduct DOT Physicals and health 
/ wellness

appraisals. The Provider can anticipate an estimated patient volume of 
20-25
patients per day in the clinic with excellent collaborative support and 
physician
oversight. The hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm or working Mon-Thurs 
(4X10 hour
shifts) The clinic has On-site, lab, X-Ray and EMR as well as a stable 
support staff.
The base salary would start at $100,000 + (Depending Upon Experience) 
plus a
comprehensive benefits package including, Medical, Dental, 401K, 
Malpractice
Coverage, CME Allowance, and Paid Time off for CME. All dues fees and 
licensure
paid for as well In addition to the full time position, the provider can 
pick up
additional weekend shifts at *$65 per hour in the walk in care clinic*.
