*SEATTLE AREA: *

*FT/PT position for NP/PA as a rounder in skilled nursing facilities:*

Job includes continuing management of inpatients who are admitted to a 
skilled
nursing facility for rehab after orthopedic procedures, medical 
management after
CABG or other cardiac diagnoses, continued medical management of chronic
conditions like pain, delirium/dementia, acute and chronic renal 
failure, UTI's, wound
care, IV hydration/antibiotics. There is a multidisciplinary team 
working in each facility.
The facilities have a combination of acute short-term patients along 
with long-term
care residents, dementia, palliative care and hospice patients. The 
schedule is
somewhat flexible. The job is available now. Inquiries can be sent to email
