Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed in an 
Occupational Health
setting along the St Lawrence River in Upstate NY! Massena, NY area (1.5 
hours
north of Watertown, NY and 1.5 hours south of Montreal)

About:
* Mon-Fri 8a-4p. 40 hours a week. Treating all ages.
* FNP or PA will work independently most of the time but have MD support 
by phone
always and sometimes on site.
* Job functions include: injury management, examination services, 
ancillary services,
drug and alcohol testing, medical surveillance. Comprehensive health and 
wellness
service including: Physical Examinations, Drug Screening, Immunizations, 
Work-
related Injury Care, Laboratory Services, Radiology Services

Compensation: Salary $85,000-98,000k/yr. Over 8 weeks in PTO per year. 
19% of
your annual salary is contributed to a pension for you! 3x salary in 
life insurance
after the 3rd year! NHSC Student loan repayment!

Requirement:
* Board certified
