Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant sought for an Iowa Walk 
In Care
Clinic on the Mississippi River! Close access to Fort Madison, Iowa.

About:
* FNP or PA will provide care in a walk in clinic to patients of all 
ages. Assessment,
diagnosing and prescribing treatment and prescriptions according to 
situation.
Refer to ER if case warrants and assists with follow up appointment 
scheduling
with primary care or specialists.
* Monday-Friday 10a-6p. Every third Saturday 8a-2p. Working Saturday 
normally off
on Wednesday
* 12 -15 patients per day seen on average. Full support staff on site 
always.

Total Compensation:
* Annual salary compensation; $85-125,000 year.
* Unbelievable PTO packages includes: 5 weeks PTO! Plus 3 weeks Sick time,
plus CME's. $3,000 for CMEs. 401k match 3%, Full medical benefit 
package, $50k
life insurance.
