Nurse Practitioner sought for an 'inpatient NP team' approach to care in 
eastern
Indiana! Close to Ohio border and close access to Richmond, IN, small 
town setting.

About:
* NP will work in an all 'NP team' inpatient setting. Adult and Geri 
patient population.
Only 20% of the position is patient care
* This team will be focused on : reducing length of stay, making sure 
physician is
documenting all major complications and co-morbidities correctly, 
Improving patient
satisfaction by making themselves available to patient and patient 
families,
reviewing and taking action on test results, developing trusting 
relationship between
NP and physician, working with case managers on discharge planning, 
Gatekeeper
between nursing staff and physician.
* No on-call, flexible hours coordinated within team.

Requirement:
* excellent communication skills and a 'people person.'
* Inpatient experience

Compensation: $92k-100k in base salary. Excellent medical, life, dental 
insurance
plus retirement plan. 4-6 weeks PTO each year. 1 week for CME's and $2500.
