Patient centered primary care group seeks 2 Nurse Practitioners or 
Physician
Assistants in the Roanoke Rapids/Rocky Mount area of northern North 
Carolina! 2
hours from the beach,3 hours to DC, close to Virginia.

Excellent place for hiking, hunting, fishing, mountain biking, boating 
and friendly
people!

About:
* FNP, ANP or PA will work with another PA or NP : Mon-Friday, 40 hours 
a week. MD
available by phone but not on site most of the time.
* NP or PA will Average 2-2.5 patients per hour. Quality visits are 
valued over quantity.
* Provider can treat all ages as a Family NP or PA or just adults as an 
Adult NP or PA .
* Patients are an underserved population: chronic disease management
- diabetes, hypertension, CHF, COPD, manage patients on warfarin.

Compensation: $70-100,000 year in base salary plus possibility of annual 
bonus! 5
weeks PTO to start plus 8 Holidays off per year, 1 week CME's and $3,000.
Retirement, dental, life, LTD/STD, EAP. STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT!!

Preference: NP or PA with experience, not a new grad. NP or PA that can 
see all ages.

Requirement:
-Experienced and comfortable with chronic disease management - diabetes,
hypertension, CHF, COPD, managing patients on warfarin, etc.
-NP or PA that is invested in the community and people, someone who will 
stay long
term
-NP or PA that is interested in a team-based model of care
