*PNP Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Cardiac Intensive Care Unit*

World class opportunity in this leading children's medical center for a 
PNP in their
PICU and CICU. Providing direct clinical care for patients with life 
threatening illness
or injuries, the nurse practitioner does physicals, conducts diagnostic 
procedures,
orders lab tests, prescribes interventions and medications in addition 
to daily
rounds. These state-of-the-art units offer ECMO, high frequency 
ventilation, nitric
oxide therapy, non-invasive ventilation and hyperbaric oxygen therapy in 
addition to
other critical care services. MSN, required; critical care/acute care NP 
Master's
Degree or completion of ACNP/CCNP post-Master's program, strongly 
preferred;
minimum of 3 years of RN experience with 1 year as an NP, required; 
current RN
license in North Carolina and national NP acute or critical care 
certification,
