Shalom Park Professional Services in Aurora, CO is looking for a 
fulltime NP to join
our team. As an NP, you will provide primary care to a caseload of 
patients in
multiple settings (LTC and community-based). This excellent opportunity 
affords a
flexible and autonomous role bringing satisfaction in the care and 
comfort of our
aging population while building meaningful relationships with residents, 
patients
and families.

* Providing preventative and primary care for patients
* Working with primary care physicians to provide the best care possible
* Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff and patients' families

*Skills/ Requirements*
Colorado NP license
National certification
Masters in Nursing preferred
Clinical background in adult, family or geriatric specialties
Experience in a nursing home or with seniors preferred
Independent practice experience required
Ability to see patients on and off campus; reliable transportation required
PC proficiency
