Digestive Disease Physicians (DDP), a successful, multi provider 
practice that
includes five accomplished gastroenterologists, located in Alexandria, 
Virginia is
seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner.

Responsibilities include:
* Conduct pre-op screenings
* Evaluate and/or manage conditions such as IBD, IBS, Hep C, Hemorrhoids,
Pancreatitis, etc.
* Administer or order diagnostic tests and interpret results
* Make tentative diagnoses and decisions about management and treatment of
patients
* Obtain and record patient medical data, including health history, 
progress notes
and results of physical exams
* Prescribe therapy or medication and instruct/counsel patients on 
therapeutic
regimens and health maintenance.
* Hospital rounding (Alexandria Hospital)

DDP is a member of the Loudoun Medical Group.
