*Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner---(FNP, ANP, ACNP) --Birmingham,
Alabama*

Due to the growth of the service, we are seeking an Occupational 
Medicine Nurse
Practitioner to work in an Occupational Health Center in the greater 
Birmingham
area. The Clinic hours are Mon-Fri (7:00am-4:30pm) with no weekends or call
esponsibility. There is an excellent collaborating Physician and 
seasoned Nurse
Practitioner working in the clinic for collaborative support. The 
Provider would be
responsible for performing DOT physicals, working up H&Ps, preventive 
health
screenings, triage and treat acute non-emergent injuries and post 
follow-up care
for workers compensation injuries and illnesses. The Provider would also
administer return to work examinations and provide professional case
management. The base salary range is $80,000-$85,000+ (Depending Upon
Experience) with a _$5,000 Signing bonus and $5,000 Relocation package_. 
The
Employee would receive a comprehensive benefits package including Medical,
Dental, 401K, Vacation, CME, $2,500 CME allowance and malpractice coverage.
