*PNP Transitional Care*

The PNP in this Transitional Care Unit is a member of the team that 
cares for
infants with a variety of pulmonary/chronic medical conditions that require
mechanical ventilator or other assistive support. In addition to using 
advanced
nursing and leadership skills in this role, the PNP is a patient/family 
advocate, a
member of the team that provides comprehensive care for children 
transitioning
from the Level IV NICU to a long term care facility. MSN, current Ohio 
licensure, APN
certification, minimum of 2 years of PNP experience in pulmonary 
transitional care
