The proven nurse leader with education, training and management 
experience in
gastroenterology will want to consider this opportunity to work with an 
expert team
that provides world class care in pediatric GI, Hepatology and 
Nutrition. This nurse
leader is responsible for the overall clinical and operational 
leadership and
management of the department including budget development and financial
accountability, developing and providing clinical oversight for new 
programs of
patient care delivery and strategic planning. The Director recruits, 
supervises and
mentors department managers to develop their full potential in this 
friendly team
environment. BSN and MSN or Masters in health care/business management
related field, five years of progressive clinical experience and 
pediatric and/or GI
