*Rural Health Clinic---Family Nurse Practitioner (Convenient to 
Freeport, IL)---
Experienced Provider Preferred---Loan Repayment Eligible Site!*

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a Rural 
Health
Clinic convenient to Freeport, IL. The Provider would have collaborating 
physician
support and see an estimated volume of 20 patients per day. The clinic 
is well
managed, has lab and X-Ray as well as EMR. The clinic hours are Mon-Fri 
8:30am --
5:00pm (possible 4X10 -- Mon-Thursday) and one Saturday per month. Base 
Salary
from $85,000-$100,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) with a comprehensive
benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K with Match. This 
location qualifies
for Federal Loan Repayment as it is a FQHC and is in a HPSA area. Great
