Decatur, Illinois (7on and 7 off Day Shift Schedule)*

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to function as a
Hospitalist Provider working with a well respected Hospitalist team in 
the greater
Decatur, IL area. The Provider would work 7 on 7off (day shift 
schedule---flexible
hours) The Provider would be working collaboratively with as a 
Hospitalist Physician
and Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner and provide consults, manage ER 
Admissions
and discharges from the hospital. This is a floor hospitalist role, 
however the
provider should have a solid critical care background and be comfortable 
with
procedures. The base salary would range from $50-$55 per hour + (Depending
Upon Experience) and generous comprehensive benefits package including
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Malpractice Coverage and all Dues, Fees and
Licensure paid. $5,000 Sign-on bonus and $5,000 relocation package 
negotiable
