We are looking to immediately contract NPs in Thurston and Lewis 
counties in WA
State. The assessments include a review of the members' physiological,
psychosocial, functional, and environmental needs including a medical 
history, light
physical examination, review of systems, and review and assessment of 
potential
gaps in service. Assessment documentation will be on a laptop.

Qualifications
* Current WA license in good standing as a Nurse Practitioner
* 5+ years of experience working with an adult population.
* Professional liability insurance
