Country Doctor Community Health Centers is hiring for several clinician 
positions to
provide episodic, walk-in care in a new After Hours Clinic opening soon 
in Central
Seattle. This walk-in clinic will operate from 6:00 to 10:00 Monday 
through Friday,
and noon to 10:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Full or part time positions are
available. MD, ARNP and PA's may apply.

Goals of this clinic will be to:
* Expand access to primary care to an underserved community;
* Link patients with medical homes and
* Reduce inappropriate ER use.

*EDUCATION/TRAINING for Physicians:*
* Board certified or Board eligible in Family Practice or Internal 
Medicine/Pediatrics
* Licensed in the State of Washington

*EDUCATION/TRAINING for ARNP and PA's:*
* Graduate of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program;
* Licensed in the State of Washington;
* National certification; and
* Prescriptive authority are required

*EXPERIENCE:
Primary care and/or episodic care experience required; minimum 2 years *
- Work with low income, multi-cultural and multi-lingual populations

*ABILITIES:*
- Knowledge of automated practice management systems and/or ability to be
trained to use NextGen electronic health record and practice management 
systems

*BENEFITS:*
