(LEAD NNP) A not-for-profit health care provider is seeking a competent 
NNP to lead
the NNP team at its new, 6-bed, Level IIB NICU, north of Milwaukee. The 
role involves
providing complex care coordination and advanced care to neonatal and 
high-risk
infant patients in collaboration with or under the clinical supervision 
of a physician.
Responsible for the patient evaluation, interpretation, diagnosis, and 
prescribing of
appropriate medical and therapeutic measures and works autonomously as well
as in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose and manage 
patient
care. The Lead NNP also acts as an expert resource to staff, leadership and
physicians, while performing supplementary leadership and operational 
support for
areas of responsibility. Salaried, full-time position; 24 hour shifts 
available. MSN+
NCC required. 5 years of experience in providing clinical care as a NNP 
also
required.
