*Private Practice Family Practice Clinic -- 4 Day Schedule (Mon-Thurs)- 
$95,000+
$10,000 WRVU Bonus! --Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant --
Western, Oklahoma (Loan Repayment Eligible Site)*

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to 
join a well
respected Family Practice Clinic in Western Oklahoma. The schedule would be
configured as 4X10 hour shifts (Mon-Thurs) with no call 
responsibilities. The clinic
is comprised of one Family Practice Physician and two Family Nurse 
Practitioners.
  The Provider would see an estimated patient volume of 20 patients per 
day in a
family practice clinic setting and manage patients with routine, chronic 
and acute
illnesses and injuries. The Provider would have collaborative oversight 
but would
need to function fairly autonomously. The Provider would have a base 
salary of
*$95,000-$100,000 base salary with an WRVU incentive bonus of $10,000.* The
Provider would also receive a comprehensive benefits package including 
Medical,
Dental, and Retirement Plan as well as CME, Malpractice coverage and 
dues fees
and licensure provided by the practice. Great opportunity in a rural
