Coverage Responsibilities---Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Loan
Repayment Eligible Site) - West, Texas*

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant or 
Family Nurse
Practitioner interested in working in a clinic setting with ER coverage 
responsibilities.
The Provider would work in a Family Practice Clinic Setting with an 
estimated patient
volume of 20-22 patients per day. The Provider would see all ages of men 
and
women, however, due to the growth of the service line, there would a 
slant towards
Women's Health. A bi-lingual provider would be ideal for this setting as 
there is a
high volume of Hispanic / Spanish speaking patients. The FNP / PA would 
also
need to feel comfortable managing patients in the ER (with collaborating 
physician
support) and be able to function fairly autonomously in the clinic with 
collaborating
physician back-up support for consults. The base salary is $120,000 with a
comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental and 401K with 
match.
$5,000 signing bonus and $5,000 Relocation Allowance (paid with 
receipts) or
direct billed to the hospitals preferred moving companies. 4 weeks of 
vacation and
$2,500 CME Allowance. This location qualifies for Federal Loan Repayment
through the NHSC and would provide the patient $30,000 per year paid 
directly to
their student loans (minimum of a two year commitment). Great
