*The Opportunity*

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks an experienced, 
professional, innovative
and detailed individual for our new Advanced Registered Nurse 
Practitioner position. If you are

_*Responsibilities:*_
* Establish and lead a health center, to improve and maintain the 
overall health and wellness
of SEL employees.
* Provide first aid, physical examinations and assessments, health 
coaching, referrals, patient
care plans and preventive health measures.
* Maintain records and reporting in a legal, responsible and 
confidential way.
* Understand and improve the overall health and wellbeing of SEL.
* Provide education to employees through written material and 
presentations.

_*Qualifications:*_
* Licensed as an (ARNP) Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in good 
standing with the
State of Washington
* At least five years of clinical experience as a health care provider 
in a primary care, urgent
care or emergency department setting
* Current CPR, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life 
Support) certification
* Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
* Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
* Proven ability to work cooperatively in team environment
* Background check and drug screening results satisfactory to SEL
* Negative drug test result(s)

_*Preferred Qualifications:*_
* TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) Certification
* Occupational Health Certification
* Experience in Pediatrics
