*Growing healthcare system seeks 2 Nurse Practitioner / NPs or Physician 
Assistant / PAs
to treat adults in a 1)Urology or 2)Neurology setting in the rural 
Lyons, Georgia area!* 1 hour
to the beach and Savannah. Good schools, weather, new hospital, low 
crime, no traffic and all
the other good stuff a rural community can offer. Full relocation. Not 
open to new grads

*Requirements:*
* Must have Urology or Neurology experience
* Not open to new grads
* Strong reason to be in this small town/area long term

*Compensation:*
* $85-125,000 annual salary
* Full medical benefits, life, LTD and STD benefits and 403b contribution
* 1.5 Months off per year!! = vacation, holidays, personal and 
bereavement time. Plus CME’s.
Possible student loan repayment

*About the Neuro Opening:*
* Clinic hours open Mon-Friday 8a-5p, 40 hrs a week, no weekends, no call.
* NP or PA will have both outpatient and inpatient responsibilities
* This will include seeing Neurology patients in an office setting 
usually in follow-up or in
shared care with the neurologist (dementia, Parkinson's, migraines, 
chronic headaches,
neuropathy, etc.).
* In hospital responsibilities include providing specialty care to 
inpatients with Neurology
needs, performing consults, responding to stroke alerts with the basic 
goal to perform as a
physician extender of the neurologist.

*About the Urology Opening:*
* Clinic hours open Mon-Friday 8a-5p, 40 hrs a week, no weekends, no call.
* We have opened a search for an experienced Urology midlevel who will 
see patients in an
outpatient setting only.
* The selected candidate will join one of the finest urologists in 
Georgia and will see a full
range of Urology patients.
* This practice continues to enjoy very strong growth. We have two other 
Urologists and two
other PA's in another office.
* APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ MSN / ARNP/ ANP / FNP-BC, 
ACNP, Acute
Care, Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner/NP or PA/Physician Assistant 
will work in an
outpatient urology setting
