*Provider centered healthcare group seeks a Nurse Practitioner/NP, 
CNS/Clinical Nurse
Specialist or PA/Physician Assistant in an outpatient (and/or inpatient) 
mental health /
psychiatric setting in the Fort Wayne Indiana area!*

This new NP, CNS, or PA provider will to be a part of a team that highly 
values their medical
providers and has yet (in 20 years) to have 1 leave their group before 
retirement! This is a
group that the community relies on for mental health illnesses which 
presents a way for a
new provider to meet a big need. MDs love to teach, mentor and see 
people grow in their
knowledge and career. Excellent team setting!

*Requirement:*
* Some Psychiatric/mental health experience

*About *
* Provider will work in a team setting mostly outpatient but can work 
inpatient also. The ideal
candidate wants to work both inpatient and outpatient.
* On the outpatient side, NP, CNS or PA will see about 20-25 medication 
checks per day-
treating all ages preferred.
* Substance abuse/dual diagnosis patients will be seen. There is an 
Addictionologist MD on
site to mentor the PA-NP-CNS.
* APRN (Advanced Practice RN)/ MSN / Family or Adult Psychiatric Mental 
Health PMHNP-BC,
Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP/ANP, CNS/Clinical Nurse Specialist or 
PA/Physician
Assistant will work Mon-Fri 8a-5p with occasional weekends and no call.
* Ideal NP, PA or CNS candidate is someone stable, non-reactive, takes 
feedback well, and
is overall a mature person.

*Compensation: *
* $80-90,000 a year in salary
