*Rural healthcare group seeks an Ohio experienced Family Nurse 
Practitioner/FNP to work
in an urgent care/walk in care clinic in the Dayton Ohio area!* 30 
minutes west of Dayton,
small family/friendly town

This NP will be able to grow an urgent care practice in an area where 
people can really use
their help for their overall health! This a great chance to make a 
difference in people’s lives,
build solid relationships and meet a big demand in a rural community 
with great tradition.

*Compensation:*
* $96,400 annual base salary plus an 8% of their base bonus opportunity 
per year.
* Excellent medical, life, dental insurance plus retirement plan.
* 4-6 weeks PTO each year. 1 week for CME’s and $2500.

*Requirement: *
* Ohio licensed
* 1 year practicing in Ohio with prescriptive authority

*About:*
* Hours are Mon-Friday 3p-11p, Sat/Sun 9a-5p. 36-40 hours a week shared 
with another NP
and MD covering the urgent care.
* NP will treat all ages, 100% urgent care/walk in care, no primary 
care. Emergency care/room
nearby to refer to.
* NP will sometimes work alone in the clinic with ancillary staff. MD 
back up by phone always.
* NP / APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ MSN / ARNP/ FNP-BC, 
Family Nurse
Practitioner will work in a brand new urgent care/walk in care setting
