*Healthcare group with Midwestern Values seeks a Physician Assistant/PA 
or Family Nurse
Practitioner/NP to work in a family practice/primary care clinic in the 
lakes region of central
Minnesota- just north of Alexandria, MN!* Area is known for scenic 
beauty, pristine lakes,
unbeatable fishing, and world class golf.

This FNP or PA will be able to grow and learn from 3 family practice 
MD’s and work in area
where people can really use their help for their overall health! This a 
great chance to make a
difference in people’s lives, build solid relationships and meet a big 
demand. The position is
open because the group is expanding their services to reach more of 
their community.

*Pay:*
* 80,000-115,000 annual salary-can pay for relocation
* Excellent medical, dental, LTD-STD, and life benefits. 403b.
* 5 weeks PTO/paid time off/yr plus 1 week CME’s

*About:*
* 8a-5p hours of the clinic. Option for 4 days a week or 5 days week.
* 10-18 patients seen per day. Large elderly population
* FNP or PA will work with 3 family medicine physicians and with 
ancillary staff.
* APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ MSN / ARNP/ FNP-BC, Family 
Nurse
Practitioner/NP or PA/Physician Assistant will work in a family 
practice/primary care setting
with some walk ins

*Ideal candidate: *
* Is EMR and tech savvy
* Can relocate to the town and be a part of the community
* Is Enthusiastic, wants to learn and grow
* Has 1 year NP or PA experience
