Growing primary care practice seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult 
Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a quaint small town in 
West-Central Minnesota!
Close access to Alexandria, MN. 1 hour North of Montevideo.

About:
* Mon-fri: 830-530p. Primary care for mostly adults, option to treat 
peds / pediatric
patients.
* ANP, FNP or PA will work in a team setting working with other MD-NP-PA's
* Morning hospital / inpatient rounding (will train if needed) to small 
hospital with 1
MD and 1 NP
* 18-22 patients a day seen on average in the primary care / family 
practice clinic.

Requirement:
* Team oriented FNP or PA - desire to be a part of the team and community
* Patient/customer satisfaction focused

Compensation:
* $88-125,000 annually. 88-102,000 base salary in year 1. 90-125,000 in 
year 2 (in
productivity) and beyond.
* Plus 7% of salary going into retirement with immediate vesting!
* Excellent medical, dental, LTD-STD, and life benefits. Group pays for 
95% of
individual medical benefits.
* 5-6 weeks PTO/yr plus Holidays off.
