*Advanced Nurse Practitioner -- Ambulatory Services* (Req. # 36906)
This Nurse Practitioner will be accountable for the clinical management 
of a diverse client
population, including, but limited to chronically mentally ill, chemical 
dependency, geriatrics
and MRDD. Knowledge of CICOA regulations & general inpatient medical 
experience are
preferred.

*Nurse Practitioner -- Working Well* (Req. # 36578)
This Family Nurse Practitioner will work between Occupational Health 
clinics as well as
various on-site clinics. Occupational Health (or ER) and Family Practice 
experience preferred.

*Nurse Practitioner -- Occupational Health* (Req. # 36951)
This Nurse Practitioner will work between Occupational Health Clinics as 
well as various
on-site clinics. Occupational Health (or ER) and Family Practice 
experience preferred.

*Nurse Practitioner -- Radiation Therapy* (Req. # 37235)
This Nurse Practitioner must possess at least 5 years of oncology 
nursing experience and a
passion for working with cancer patients.

*Nurse Practitioner -- ICU* (Req. # 37493)
This Nurse Practitioner must possess at least 5 years of RN experience. 
ICU experience is
preferred.

The above positions require the following qualifications in addition to 
what is listed above.
*Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
*Valid registration and current license as an RN in the State of Indiana
*Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program
