*_Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant_*

Southlake Clinic currently has career opportunities for an experienced 
ARNP/PA's. These are
separate positions and one will be working with our Internal Medicine 
Hospitalist program at
the UW-Valley Medical Center. This position would be 
inpatient/outpatient hospital-based. Our
other position will be working with our Cardiology Department. Please 
specify which position

Successful candidates will be working with our hospitalist physicians. 
We are seeking an
individual that has a strong interest in and experience with Cardiology. 
The successful
candidate will be working with heart failure patients and as part of the 
duties will work to
educate these patients.

Summary:
A state licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, providing 
routine diagnostic,
therapeutic and emergency care for patients in a hospital setting. 
Patient care and treatment
to include health maintenance, common acute illnesses and management of 
stable chronic
disease. Communicate and develop work processes with physicians to 
ensure seamless
patient care.

Education and/or Experience:
* Master's degree in nursing with completion of an accredited Nurse 
Practitioner Program.
* Progressively responsible ARNP experience. Prefer two years experience 
with Cardiology
patients.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
* Current ARNP license to practice in state of WA with prescriptive 
authority.
* Certified by one of the national certifying bodies approved by the 
State of Washington.
* Eligible for DEA number.
