Legacy Health, located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, is currently 
seeking an
experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Wade Creek Clinic in 
Estacada,
Oregon.

Located on the Estacada School District campus, the Wade Creek Clinic 
serves the
community in which it resides.  The patient population consists of K-12 
students,
their families and community members. This role provides the opportunity 
to work
in a solo provider practice with the resources of a large integrated 
health system.

This position requires a current unrestricted Oregon NP license and 
eligibility for
medical staff privileges at Legacy Hospitals. A minimum of two years 
experience
as a nurse practitioner in a primary care or school based health center 
strongly
preferred.
