*Fast paced community centered healthcare group seeks an Psychiatric 
experienced Nurse
Practitioner / PMHNP/ FPMHNP/APMHNP/CNS/FNP/ ANP or Physician 
Assistant/PA to work in
an outpatient dual diagnosis setting (substance abuse and mental health) 
in urban Central
Illinois-Decatur, IL area!* Over 2 months off per year! Student loan 
repayment!

The NP or PA will have the opportunity to be a part of a group that 
lives and breathes a
commitment to the community, a commitment to being involved and to being 
that extra hand
patients and families need while they recover from mental 
health/psychiatry disease!

*About:*
* Clinic hours open Mon-Friday, 40 hrs a week, no weekends, no call. 
PMHNP, PA or NP will
work with 3 Psychiatrists and full ancillary staff. Medication 
management visits are 15 minutes.
* Adult or Family PMHNP/ Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner / 
Psych certified APN/
MSN / ARNP / Psych CNS (Clinic Nurse Specialist), FNP or ANP will treat 
ages 18 and up (or
all ages) in substance abuse and mental health/behavioral health.
* Mix patient population: some Medicare/Medicaid, some private payer 
patients. Variety of
mental health cases/illnesses. Option to treat all ages or just adults.

*Requirement:*
* Some Psych/Mental Health experience required
* Can and likes to work in a fast pace

*Compensation:*
* $45-55/hr : 90-115,000 total annual compensation! Plus student loan 
repayment!
* Excellent medical, life, 403b at a $3,000/year match, Short term 
disability
* 4 weeks’ vacation each year, 8 holidays off per year, 4 personal days 
off per year, 12
personal days off per year and 3 days for CME’s and $2000
