*Nurse Practitioner-Occupational Health - Full-time*

The Occupational Health & Wellness Nurse Practitioner builds 
relationships with community
entities (e.g. schools, municipalities, businesses) by the coordination 
and administration of
quality patient care to individuals of all ages: Care that is 
compassionate, holistic, respectful
and value-driven. The NP performs clinical, technical and 
patient-related functions in a variety
of settings, providing occupational health & wellness services to ensure 
individuals are
functioning in optimal physical condition and are physically suited to 
their position.

*Education Required: *
Graduate of an accredited advanced nurse practitioner program.  Master’s 
Degree required.

*Experience: *
At least one year of Nurse Practitioner experience. Occupational Health 
experience preferred.

*Credential/Licensure Required:*
Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse.  
Current certification from
a national certifying body approved by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing 
for Nurse Practitioners
required.
