We currently have an excellent Full time Adult Nurse Practitioner (Pain 
Practice) at Syosset
Hospital.

*Responsibilities:*
* Perform follow up evaluations
* Prescribe Opioid medication
* Prescribe adjunctive medication for pain conditions
* Perform trigger point injections
* Provide in-patient services at Syosset Hospital
* Refill intrathccal pumps
* Remove trial SCS leads
* Pharmalogical Management

*Position Requirements:*
Licensed in NYS as a Nurse Practitioner
Ability to be flexible with schedule
Motivated, hard working with excellent problem solving skills
