*Nurse Practitioner – Observation Unit*
Full-time, Variable shifts/work days.

Delaware NP licensure, active BLS (American Heart) required. MSN and 
Certification at an Adult Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse 
Practitioner Three-five years’ experience as an Adult NP in an acute 
care setting. Experience in an ED Observation or designated Observation 
unit. In collaboration with the Hospitalist Facilitates, coordinates, 
and implements the plan of care for observation patients. Works with the 
interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care outcomes for this 
select group of patients.
