*UW Neighborhood Clinics is seeking an experienced ARNP* interested in 
geriatric and palliative care for a mobile position focused east and 
north of Seattle. Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible.

UWNC is working with a national leader in the senior living industry to 
provide assisted living and memory care. This provider will collaborate 
with a variety of other care providers to assure excellent coordinated 
care for each of their patients to relieve symptoms, maximize quality of 
life and ensure care meets the patient’s goals. This position includes 
site visits throughout the region to provide care for patients unable to 
seek office-based care. These patients may need assistance with complex 
pain and symptom management, advanced care planning, primary care, 
family and staff education and referrals to community-based services.

UW Neighborhood Clinics offers strong connections to specialists

faculty appointment, UW Medicine and UW School of Medicine affiliation,

functioning EMR (EPIC).

*We are seeking:*
* BC/BE ARNP (ACHPN Certification required within one year of joining 
the practice)
* Geriatric clinical experience required and palliative care experience 
a plus
* Experience with EPIC preferred, other EMR experience a plus
* Ability to travel daily
