*Pacific Lutheran University* seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide 
health care and education to students at the Student Health Center. This 
is a FT, 12-month position; Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

_Hiring Range_:
$42.00 - $46.00/hour, DOE

_Essential Functions and Responsibilities_:
* Provide preventative health care- birth control counseling; physical 
exams; pap smears; pelvic, breast and testicular exams.
* Present health education information and counseling to increase 
student’s knowledge of illness, treatment and prevention.
* Provide travel counseling/medications/vaccinations for students/staff 
traveling internationally.
* Make referrals to community resources and specialty medical care.
* Serve on Wellness Coalition and participate in outreach health 
education for students and families.

_Required Qualifications_:
1. Graduation from accredited nurse practitioner program.
2. Licensure and prescriptive authority in Washington State.
